Akshay Kumar shared a new promotional still from his upcoming action drama, Sooryavanshi, where he is flanked by Ranveer Singh's Simmba and Ajay Devgn's Singham on either side.

Sooryavanshi is the fourth installment in Rohit’s ongoing cop franchise, in which Akshay Kumar plays the role of ATS chief Veer Sooryavanshi.

Akshay named his team of cops "the desi Avengers." It has been reported that Ranveer and Ajay will be seen in extended cameo appearances.

Ranveer Singh and Ajay shared the same poster on their respective social media profiles. Ajay added his popular dialogue from Singham and wrote: "Majhi bilkul satakli nahin — Salute Simmba, Sooryavanshi and Singham, who are combining forces on March 27, 2020."

The film will feature Katrina Kaif as Akshay's love interest. The film will also star Gulshan Grover and Nikitin Dheer as antagonists. Akshay will play the lead role of Veer Suryavanshi, a character that was introduced as an Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) officer in a cameo role performed by the Kesari-star in Simmba.

Sooryavanshi, produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, is slated for release on March 27, 2020.
