Karthik Naren in talks to helm Arun Vijay's next

Fresh from the success of Thadam, Arun Vijay has already begun scouting scripts for his next project. Director Karthik Naren apparently narrated a script to the actor. A source in the know tells us that while the Kuttram 23 actor liked the script, nothing has been finalised yet. An announcement is expected soon about the project that is rumoured to be bankrolled by Lyca Productions. 

Meanwhile, Arun Vijay has several other films in the pipeline, such as Moodar Koodam-fame Naveen’s Agni Siragugal, debutant Vivek’s Boxer and an untitled project which will have him playing a cop again after Kuttram 23. The actor also recently wrapped up shooting for Prabhas’ Saaho, which features him in a key role. 

Karthik, on the other hand, has the delayed Naragasooran awaiting release. The young director also announced his third project Nadaga Medai last year, but there have been no updates on it since.
