Director Mahesh Babu launches new face Krithika

Director Mahesh Babu has a penchant for introducing new heroines, and for his upcoming film he has roped in yet another new face, Krithika, to play the female lead. It can be noted that the filmmaker has introduced actors like Aindrita Ray, Kriti Kharbanda and Ashika Ranganath through his films. 

The hero of the yet-to-be-titled film, Sughosh, also a newcomer, is an IT professional-turned-actor. Krithika, a close relative of Ammani, is a professional dancer and an expert in Bharatanatyam. She has always wanted to become an actor and Mahesh bought her on board after an audition. 

 The project, which has music by Prajwal Pai and cinematography by Suryakanth, is currently on the floors and Krithika will be joining the sets from tomorrow.
