Mohan Raja confirms his next with Vijay
The filmmaker earlier directed Vijay in Velayudham
Mohan Raja, who last made the Sivakarthikeyan-starrer Velaikkaran, is all set to helm Vijay in an upcoming film. The Thani Oruvan filmmaker earlier directed Vijay in Velayudham (2011), which was one of the films that helped the actor bounce back from a string of failures.
Mohan Raja recently confirmed this project at an event, and more details about this are awaited. However, this announcement comes as a surprise, considering the filmmaker had earlier announced Thani Oruvan 2, the sequel to his 2015 hit, starring Jayam Ravi.
Meanwhile, Vijay is currently working on Thalapathy 63, his third collaboration with Atlee. Apart from Vijay, the film will also star Nayanthara and Kathir among others. Thalapathy 63 is expected to hit the screens for Diwali.
