Cailee Spaeny is apparently in negotiations to headline the reboot version of the cult hit film The Craft. The original, which released in 1996, follows a group of outcast teenage girls who practice witchcraft, and soon conjure up various spells and curses against those who anger them.
Spaeny, who made her debut with Counting to 100, is best known for playing young Jane Ginsburg in the film On the Basis of Sex.
Reports suggest that the reboot will be directed by Zoe Lister-Jones, who will also be penning the film's script.
The film, bankrolled by Doug Wick, the producer of the original, along with partner Lucy Fisher through their Red Wagon banner, is expected to begin production next month.
