Thriller Manju choreographs an underwater stunt sequence for Raai Laxmi's Jhansi

An underwater gun fight sequence involving Raai Laxmi for the film Jhansi has created a buzz in the Kannada industry. The sequence was choreographed by veteran stunt director Thriller Manju. Interestingly, this film marks his 500th project in cinema.

The action block, also starring Ravi Kale, was recently filmed in Mumbai, and Manju choreographed the stunt with the actors inside a swimming pool.

The crew has completed 35 days of shoot for the film, and Laxmi is said to have received training in martial arts for the PV Guruprasad-directorial.

The director, who has previously helmed Marayade Ramanna, has also written the story, screenplay, and dialogues for Jhansi. Touted to be a mass commercial entertainer, the film made under Bhavani Enterprises marks the 50th film of music director MN Krupakar.
