Advocate seeks ban on Bigg Boss Tamil Season 3 citing abetting of moral delinquency

After hosting two successful seasons of Bigg Boss Tamil, Kamal Haasan is all to set to return for the third season of the reality show this weekend (June 23).

Meanwhile, a case has apparently been filed in the Madras High Court by an advocate Sudhan, who has sought a ban on the show, stating that the housemates wear revealing costumes and speak adult content, which turn out to be detrimental to the youth.  He has also pressed that the show should not be allowed to go on air without a censor certificate from the Indian Broadcast Foundation (IBF).

Sudhan's petition has been admitted, and a hearing is expected to be held soon, which puts a question mark over whether the show will begin on June 23 as announced, or if the court will pass a ban on it.

The team behind Bigg Boss 3, however, is of the opinion that the issue is frivolous, and everything will go on as planned.
