Rambhala to work on a horror film again

It has not yet been confirmed if the film will be the continuation of the Dhilluku Dhuddu franchise

Published: 07th June 2019

Director Rambhala, whose recent film Dhilluku Dhuddu 2 received positive reviews, has commenced work on his next, which, incidentally, will also be a horror-comedy. Several online platforms have speculated that this film will be Dhilluku Dhuddu 3, which will be shot in 3D and once again star Santhanam in the lead.

However, we hear that it has not yet been confirmed if the film will be a continuation of the franchise. The director, who rose to fame because of his hilarious TV show Lollu Sabha, is currently working on the script.

The source also adds that if the film is going to be the sequel, then Santhanam will star in the film, apart from producing it. Interestingly, the comedian-turned-hero had produced Dhilluku Dhuddu 2 under his Handmade films banner.

Rambhala is currently awaiting the release of Daavu, starring Reba Monica John and Chandran. Santhanam, on the other hand, has Server Sundaram, A1, and Dagaalty in different stages of production.
