Rajpal Yadav to reunite with Varun Dhawan on Coolie No. 1 remake

Actor Rajpal Yadav has joined the cast of David Dhawan’s Coolie No. 1 remake. The film stars Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan in the lead roles. Rajpal has previously worked with the Dhawans on Main Tera Hero (2014) and Judwaa 2 (2017). 

“This is the third time I'm getting on board with Varun. We were having a candid conversation one day about working together for the third time, saying it should be a successful hattrick. I'm in great excitement for this remake,” Rajpal said. 

“I would love to add that Ramuji (Ram Gopal Varma) established me as an actor in Jungle, Priyadarshan made me popular through Hungama, and David sir re-established me through Judwaa 2. So I'm grateful for this opportunity,” he added.

The Coolie No. 1 remake also stars Paresh Rawal and Johnny Lever. Rajpal Yadav was last seen in Total Dhamaal. His upcoming projects are Bole Chudiyan, Jaako Raakhe Saiyaan and Mavaan.
