Suseenthiran's Champion first look revealed

The first look of the upcoming sports film Champion, directed by Suseenthiran, was released yesterday. The film, which stars Roshan (who played a small role in Aadhalal Kadhal Seiveer) and dubsmash-fame Mrinalini in the lead, is based on the life of a footballer.

The first look features a bruised Roshan standing in front of a stadium with a soccer ball in his hand. The shooting of Champion was completed in October and the film is expected to hit the screens soon. Also starring Vishal's father GK Reddy, Naren, RK Suresh and Jayaprakash in important roles, the film has music by Arrol Corelli and cinematography by Sujith Sarang. 

It is notable that Suseenthiran completed ten years as a director in the film industry yesterday. He is currently shooting for his other upcoming project, Kennedy Club, starring Sasikumar and Bharathiraja, in Kanakannpatti, which is also where he shot Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu a decade ago.
