Rajinikanth joins the sets of Thalaivar 168

We had previously reported that Rajinikanth's next film, tentatively titled Thalaivar 168, has been launched. It's now known that the film has gone on floors at Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City. Directed by Siva, the film will see Meena and Khusbhu team up with Rajinikanth on screen after 24 years and 28 years, respectively.

Apart from these actors, Keerthy Suresh, Sathish, and Soori are also part of the film. Thalaivar 168 marks the first collaboration of both these actors with Rajinikanth. Thalaivar 168 will have music by D Imman, who also scored Siva’s earlier film Viswasam.

Interestingly, Ramoji Film City is also where Ajith's Valimai shooting is also happening.

Meanwhile, Rajinikanth will soon be seen in AR Murugadoss’ Darbar which will hit screens this Pongal.
