Nani, Shiva Nirvana's new film is titled Tuck Jagadish
The romcom also features Ritu Varma and Aishwarya Rajesh as the female leads
Actor Nani, who was recently seen in Gang Leader, is reuniting with his Ninnu Kori-director Shiva Nirvana for a romcom. Titled Tuck Jagadish, the film is set in a rural backdrop and features Nani as a simpleton.
Nani took to Twitter today to announce the title of the film along with its first look. "Nani 26 is Tuck Jagadish. Box office 2020," he wrote. The poster gives a glimpse of Nani, wearing a striped maroon shirt tucked into a pair of grey pants, in the paddy fields with a windmill as the prominent backdrop. The film will go on floors early next year.

Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi, who bankrolled Nani's Krishnarjuna Yuddham, are backing this project under their Shine Screens banner. Tuck Jagadish also stars Ritu Varma, who earlier worked with Nani in Yevade Subramanyam, and Aishwarya Rajesh, who made her Telugu debut in Kousalya Krishnamurthy, as the female leads. The rest of the cast and crew of the film, which will have music by Thaman, will be officially announced soon.
Meanwhile, Nani is currently shooting for director Indraganti Mohan Krishna's forthcoming multi-starrer V (Violence). The film is slated for release on March 25.
