Vijay Sethupathi begins shooting for Uppena
The film stars Panja Vaisshnav Tej and Krithi Shetty as the leads and is being directed by debutant Buchi Babu Sana
Vijay Sethupathi has joined the sets of his upcoming Telugu film Uppena. Mythri Movie Makers, the film’s producers, announced the same on social media yesterday. Vijay Sethupathi will be playing the female lead’s father in the film. Upenna stars Panja Vaisshnav Tej and Krithi Shetty as the leads and is being directed by debutant Buchi Babu Sana. The film will have music by Devi Sri Prasad.
Vjiay Sethupathi will be making his Telugu debut with the biggie Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. The actor, who was last seen in Sindhubaadh, has a slew of films including Laabam, Tughlaq Darbar, Maamanidhan, Sangatamizhan among others. He also recently made his Malayalam debut with Marconi Mathai.
