After yesterday's Madhumitha incident, will there still be another eviction this week? Will Abhirami be sent to the secret room?

The third season of Bigg Boss, hosted yet again by Kamal Haasan, has reached the end of its ninth week. And shockingly, one day after finally becoming captain of the Bigg Boss house, Madhumitha had eliminated herself from season 3, by inflicting harm to herself.

It had been a tumultous past week for Madhu who had been involved in verbal altercations with Tharshan, Kavin, Sandy, Losliya and Mugen at various points in the week. It all started when Vanitha came back as  wildcard entrant and told them that the boys in the house were overpowering the girls. Madhu, who took up the cudgel for the women in the house, was at her fiery best like at the start of the season. Things came to a head when the above set of people, the self-dubbed Boys Gang, accused her of using them for content and not being a true champion of women's rights that she claimed to be. She felt cheated by Abhirami, Sherin and Losliya for whom she was fighting for, when all three girls went over to the Boys Gang and was laughing and celebrating with them.

During the post-eviction discussion, Kamal Haasan expressed his disappointment with Madhumitha's act of self-harm, and made it clear that she will set a bad example to her supporters. Madhumitha, however, justified her act, saying that she couldnt find any other way to show her seriousness and disapproval. Madhu also added that both Cheran and Kasthuri Shankar deserve to win the title this season. Kamal Haasan then bid her goodbye by wishing her all the success in the future.

While the audience are wondering if there will be another eviction this week as Abhirami, Kavin, Mugen, Losliya have been nominated. As per the current voting trend, Mugen, Kavin, and Losliya have been getting the majority of the people's support and have secured maximum votes, ahead of Abhirami. While some reports suggest Abirami will be evicted from the house today because of getting the least number of votes, there are also rumours that Abirami might be given an opportunity to continue her journey in the show by putting her up in the house's secret room. Vaishnavi Prasad, journalist and granddaughter of Tamil writer Saavi, was allowed to stay in the secret room after a staged elimination, last year in the show's second season. 

The third season started airing on June 23. Fathima Babu, Mohan Vaidya, Vanitha Vijayakumar, Meera Mithun, Reshma Pasupuleti, Saravanan, Sakshi, and Madhumitha have been eliminated from the house, so far.
