Bigg Boss 3 Tamil Eviction: Reshma Pasupuleti it is; contestants break down as the 'neutral' housemate moves out

Reshma Pasupuleti, one of the 'unluckiest' nominations in this week's Bigg Boss Tamil, was evicted after spending six weeks inside the house. Since it was an open nomination, certain housemates put forward the name of the 'easier' contestant, the one who they didn't actually have a problem with. Unlike Reshma, the other nominees, Kavin, Sakshi, Madhumitha, and Abhirami, had some sort of trouble with at least one other housemate

Nominated on a whim by Mugen Rao, the consequence of the nomination had an immediate effect as Reshma was shown the door this week. Reshma, who was good friends with almost every housemate received a heartfelt and tearful goodbye, as she left the house.

Talking to Kamal Haasan after the eviction, Reshma shared that her journey in the reality show has taught her a lot of things, and she wants to be an example to women who are suffering from domestic abuse. Reshma, who is a single mother, revealed that she wants to help women overcome their mental blocks over moving out of an abusive relationship, and the importance of being an independent person.

Kamal Haasan revealed that she was eliminated by a very slender margin of just 2 lakh votes, which was a record at the Bigg Boss Tamil across all seasons. Never has been an elimination that went closer than this. He urged Reshma to see this as the audience's way of appreciating her stay in the house and asked her to move forward with her head held high.

Bidding adieu to the housemates, Reshma pegged Tharshan as the potential winner, and patched up with a teary Mugen, asking him to concentrate in the game. Wishing the women in the house all the strength and confidence, Reshma walked out of the show, just as Kamal said, with her head held high.
