Vidyut Jammwal's Junglee won the Special Jury Prize for Best Action Family Film at the Jackie Chan Film Week in China. The conservation-themed action-adventure film, which was released earlier this year, also won the Best Action Choreographer Award.

"Every time we choreograph something in India, it is difficult because whenever we show it to somebody they say, 'Oh! Jackie Chan has done this before.' So, for us, it's a great honour for being acknowledged by the great jury members,” Vidyut said in his acceptance speech. "In India, we hadn't had a movie on real animals from the past 40 years. The new generation has no idea about the tusk trade that's happening all over the world. So, for us, it was an important movie to make.”

Junglee was directed by American filmmaker Chuck Russell. Vidyut Jammwal’s upcoming release is Commando 3. The film also stars Gulshan Devaiah and Adah Sharma.
