The Kudremukh connect in Karmoda Saridu
The film has got a U certificate from the censor board and will hit the screens in May
Uday Kumar PS, who has worked as an online editor for eight years, will be making his debut in Karmoda Saridu. The film has been shot primarily in Kudremukh, and the director feels that this will be a major highlight.
“The lead actor, Manju Rajanna, and I were born and raised in the same town, so we wanted to showcase it to the audience. Secondly, the film’s theme required such a location. The protagonist is an orphan suffering from suicidal thoughts due to loneliness. Shooting such scenes in a city wouldn’t have done justice to the story,” he explains.
This marks Adhvithi Shetty's first film as a heroine. She has previously shared screen space with Radhika Pandit in Mr and Mrs Ramachari.
Also starring actors like Sridhar, Divya of Comedy Khiladigalu fame, and Ashok, the film has got a U certificate from the censor board, and will hit the screens in May.
