Six heroines to shake a leg with Shivanna in The Villain
The film, directed by Prem, stars Sudeep and Shivarajkumar, and features an ensemble cast
Prem is currently wrapping up the filming of The Villain, starring Shivarajkumar and Sudeep. The director, who has almost completed shooting the latter's portions, now has Shivanna on the sets. He will be completing talkie portions and follow that with a song shoot by early next week.
As reported earlier by Cinema Express, Prem has come with ideas for unique introductory songs for both the actors. The director has planned an Shah Rukh Khan-like act for Shivanna. The star will shake a leg with six Kannada heroines for the song, and the makers seem to be close to finalising the names for this.
Rachita Ram, Shraddha Srinath, Radhika Chetan, Shanvi Srivastava, Bhavana Rao and Samyuktha Hornad will all feature in the song that will be shot in Thylur village near Ramanagara, over two days, with three heroines each shooting today and tomorrow.
Prem, who will then be left with one more track to shoot with Sudeep and Amy Jackson, hopes to completes the entire shoot by the end of March. A trailer will be released sometime this month.
The film, produced by CR Manohar, is being made on a huge budget and has an ensemble cast that includes Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty, Telugu actor Srikanth, Sruthi Harisharn and Tilak.
The Villain has music by Arjun Janya and cinematography by Gire.
