Vadivelu part of Indian 2?

Veteran comedy actor Vadivelu recently made his comeback in Tamil cinema but has been mired in controversies after walking out of Shankar's productional venture, Imsai Arasan 24 aam Pulikesi. The Tamilnadu Film Producers Council intervened and ordered the actor to complete the film or bear the losses the producer had accrued in constructing the sets of the film. 

A source close to the actor states that Vadivelu has come up with an amicable solution with Shankar and the film will go on floors soon. There's also buzz that the actor might star in Shankar's upcoming film, Indian 2, with Kamal Haasan. If true, the film will mark the collaboration of Kamal and Vadivelu after 20 years. The actors, who worked together in Singaravelan and Thevar Magan, were last seen in Kadhala Kadhala.
