Lucifer to start rolling on July 18

The shooting of Prithviraj's directorial debut Lucifer will commence on July 18. Scripted by Murali Gopy and starring Mohanlal, the film is expected to be a mass entertainer. Antony Perumbavoor is producing the film under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.

Prithviraj will begin work on the film after he completes work in his maiden production venture, Nine, which is directed by Jenuse Mohammed. Mohanlal is currently filming Ranjith's Drama in London. He will be next seen in Neerali, which is scheduled for release on July 12. 

There are reports that Manju Warrier will have an important role in Lucifer, but there is no official confirmation of this yet.
