Even before her first film in Telugu – Bharath Ane Nenu hits the screens, Kiara Advani has bagged her second project. According to a source, the MS Dhoni: The Untold Story star has been roped in to play the female lead opposite Ram Charan in his new film to be directed by Boyapati Srinu.

“The team had considered the likes of Anu Emmanuel, Megha Akash among others for the same role, but they have finally settled on Kiara. It was completely Boyapati’s call and Charan is also excited to team up with her,” informs a source.

To be produced by DVV Danayya, the film will go on floors on January 19. Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi has been signed to play the antagonist in the film, which is deemed to be a high-voltage action entertainer.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan is currently shooting for Rangasthalam. The period revenge drama being directed by Sukumar is on the last leg of its shoot and is slated for release on March 30.
