Vijay Deverakonda's look from Nadigaiyar Thilagam released

It is well known that Arjun Reddy-fame actor Vijay Deverakonda will be making his in Tamil through Nadigaiyar Thilagam, actor Savitri's biopic, much before Anand Shankar's bilingual NOTA. 

The first look of the actor in Nadigaiyar Thilagam was revealed by the makers on Twitter yesterday. In it, he is seen riding a scooter and carrying a vintage camera. It was earlier reported that Vijay has been cast opposite Samantha and will be playing a journalist in the film. In what appears to be a confirmation of this, the picture has the quote "Truth is always beautiful, Madhuravani," pointing at Samantha's character in the film. 

With Keerthy Suresh playing the titular role, the film has been shot simultaneously in Telugu as Mahanati. It also features Dulquer Salmaan, Naga Chaitanya, and Prakash Raj in important roles.
