Mysskin lauds Villain

Villain, directed by Unnikrishnan B and starring Mohanlal, Vishal, Manju Warrier and Hansika Motwani in the lead roles is releasing today. Director Mysskin recently caught a special screening of the Malayalam film in Chennai and was full of praises for the film, says the director Unnikrishnan.  

In a note addressed to the filmmaker, Mysskin says, “Villain is an emotional thriller with a majestic performance by the great veteran actor Mohanlal and mature performances from Manju Warrier, Vishal and other actors. A perfectly designed movie from the director Unnikrishnan. Congrats to the entire team and the crew.” 

Vishal recently teamed up with Mysskin for Thupparivaalan, and the duo are likely to collaborate again in the future for a sequel. In Villain, Vishal, who has donned a negative role for the first time in his career, plays a doctor named Shaktivel Palaniswamy and takes on Mohanlal's character Mathew Manjooran.
