Rajinikanth praises Meyaadha Maan

Meyaadha Maan, which has opened to rave reviews has now got the stamp of approval from none other than Rajinikanth. Director Karthik Subbaraj, who bankrolled the film, took to Twitter to announce this news.

The film, which released along with Mersal this past Diwali, stars Vaibhav, Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead, with Vivek Prasanna and Induja also portraying important roles.

Directed by debutant Rathna Kumar, Meyaadha Maan is a romantic comedy that expanded upon the director's short film Madhu, which incidentally was a part of Karthik Subburaj's anthology film Bench Talkies. Billed as a light musical, it sees Santosh Narayanan and Pradeep Kumar sharing joint music credits.
