K M Chaitanya gets Sangeetha Bhat

The actress will join Chiranjeevi Sarja and Sruthi Hariharan in the director's next

With the well appreciated role in Eradenasala and the buzz generated by the latest song of hers in Dayavittu Gaminisi, Sangeetha Bhat seems to be garnering attention from filmmakers.

The actress admits that off late her phone has been buzzing and happy to have directors offering her good roles in their movies. However, as on date, she has chosen to be  part of two good projects. Sangeetha, who is currently looking forward to the release of Dayavittu Gaminisi is currently on the sets of director Arvind Shastry’s yet-to- be-titled film along with Ashu Bedra playing the lead.

But, it is her next project that has got the actress all excited. She will be teaming up with KM Chaitanya in his forthcoming project and sharing screen space with Chiranjeevi Sarja and Sruthi Hariharan.

Director Chaitanya is known to give equal preference to all the characters in the movie and does not like categorising anyone as the lead. Though Sangeetha is working with the director for the first time, her association with KM Chaitanya goes back to when she did a commercial for Mysore Silk Sarees. “I always had this urge to work with Chaitanya since the time I knew that he was the director of Aa Dinagalu. For me, he is one director who makes his movie look out-of-the-box. His approach towards story is a professional and convincing one,” she says.

Chaitanya in the meantime is finalising the rest of the cast and the title before the movie goes on floors from June end.
