Here is an opportunity for young boys and girls to celebrate Holi with Ganesh and Rashmika Mandanna. This is for their upcoming film, Chamak, directed by Suni, who has planned a shoot with colours. There will be a series of scenes and fights shot through a four-day schedule, between May 24 and 27, and for this the team has given an open invitation to any youngster interested.

The director reveals the details with City Express: “We have organised a shoot at the grounds of Acharya Institute of Technology, Soladevanhalli,  Hesaraghatta. Since it is Holi theme, we want to make it colourful and fun with youngsters in the frame. Every participant will be gifted a T-shirt from Chamak team, we also want common people to have an experience of film shooting,” says Suni, who will then reveal the first look of the film. So, if you want to be a part of Chamak’s shoot, Whatsapp 7899781447 to express interest.

The team has been shooting the film without break and more than fifty percent of this is complete, and the next schedule has been planned. The team’s next stop will be outside India, either in Ireland or Portugal. “We are yet to decide on our foreign location,” says Suni.

This movie sees a fresh combination of director Suni and actor Ganesh. The latter plays an interesting role, that of a gynaecologist, and Rashmika Mandanna has been paired opposite to him in the romcom. With Sadhu Kokila and Giri, director Raghuram too has turned actor for Chamak and plays an  important role.
The film produced by  T R Chandrashekar has music Arjun Janya and cinematography by Santhosh Rai Pathaje.
