For all the fans of the Kannada matinée idol Rajkumar, here is some exciting news. You can catch a glimpse of the legend in the upcoming film Bangara S/o Bangarada Manushya starring his son Shivarajkumar. He will be featured in the song Ondanondu Oorali Oaba Rajaniddanu, which is set around Rajkumar’s love for agriculture and farming. Director Yogi G Raj, who knows about the actor’s affection for the rural idyll, has ensured that this is conveyed through this song, the music for which has been composed by V Harikrishna. "We can’t wait to see Annavru and Shivarajkumar in one song," says Narayan, State President of Shivarajkumar Fan’s Association. "We were told that the song will bring back memories of Annavaru, and how he enjoyed being an agriculturist. I am sure that whoever watches it will recall Bangarada Manushya," he adds. Meanwhile, the filmmakers are erecting a 35- foot cutout of the father and son to be placed in the middle of KG Road in front of Triveni Theatre. It was unveiled on Wednesday and has cost the fans’ association around  Rs. 75,000. In a festive mood, fans of Shivarajkumar have decided to spend around 3 lakh rupees for the garlands that will adorn the cutout. There will also be a street performance staged by some drummers on the opening day of Bangara s/o Bangarada Manushya. A few fans have made arrangements to distribute 5,000 dosas at a few theaters during the morning show. The film made under Jayanna Combines has Vidya Pradeep along with other senior actors in the cast.
