Actor Kishore's next project as a lead is an experimental film

Published: 16th May 2017

Ever since his breakout debut in Polladhavan, actor Kishore's penchant for choosing interesting scripts has always stood out. Continuing that trend, he has chosen an experimental film called Kalki, penned by national award winning journalist Baradwaj Rangan, and directed by first timer Dhilip.

Producer Shruthi, who has co-produced the film along with newcomers Pramod films, says, "The film's story revolves around the title, which stands for destroyer. Even though it is shorter than traditional films, at 45 minutes, we are very confident that this film is going to bring international fame and recognition to Kishore. Already the film's poster with Kishore and Yasmin has garnered interest and we can't wait for the audience to sample the rest when we start premiering the movie in international film festivals."

She also expressed her appreciation for the film's extraordinary art and design by Rembon. The film has Vijay Kathik Kannan as cinematographer, Sreekar Prasad as editor and Girish handling the music.
