Vaibhav's next with Karthik Subbaraj

Director Karthik Subbaraj’s banner Stone Bench Creations, is producing a film with Vaibhav in the lead. The film, said to be titled Meyaadha Maan, is directed by Rathnakumar whose short film Madhu was featured in Bench Talkies - The First Bench, an independent anthology, written and directed by six different filmmakers. This Vaibhav starrer is, in fact, based on the aforementioned short film.

"90 per cent of the shoot is over. It's a love story that's inspired from Rathnakumar's short film, but will not be an extended version of it. The title will be revealed on June 23rd with a formal launch event," Vaibhav tells CE. 

The film will star a newbie, Priya, as the female lead and will have music by both Santhosh Narayanan and Pradeep. Vaibhav is also busy with RK Nagar that's being produced by his frequent collaborator, Venkat Prabhu.
