Intimate scene in Baadshaho to be chopped?
The makers have apparently chosen to edit out these scenes in order to avoid facing the wrath of the CBFC
The makers of Baadshaho recently released the first song from the film, Mere Rashke Qamar, which had glimpses of some intimate scenes between Ajay Devgn and Ileana D'Cruz. But, we now hear that they have decided to delete these scenes, fearing the Censor Board's reaction.
A source says, "The producers think it is a smart move to edit out these 'objectionable' scenes before the movie reaches the CBFC. They are a little rattled by way the board has dealt with movies like Udta Punjab, Lipstick Under My Burkha, Jab Harry Met Sejal, Indu Sarkar, etc. They just don't to invite any controversies and would rather choose to have a smooth ride with the Censor board."
Directed by Milan Luthria, the film also stars Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta, Vidyut Jamwal and Sanjay Mishra in the lead roles. It is set to release on September 1.
