Sivakarthikeyan's Velaikkaran gets U certificate

Velaikkaran has many positive things going its way starting from the makers' marketing strategy to its music and motion poster receiving a positive response

The Sivakarthikeyan and Nayanthara starrer Velaikkaran, which was announced for a release on December 22 ahead of the Christmas holidays, has now been given a 'U' certificate by the CBFC. The news was confirmed by the film's director Mohan Raja on his Twitter page. He said

Velaikkaran, produced by RD Raja's 24AM Studios banner has an ensemble star cast featuring the likes of Fahadh Faasil, Sneha, Prakash Raj, RJ Balaji, Sathish, Thambi Ramaiah, Vijay Vasanth in supporting roles with a musical score by Anirudh Ravichander. 

The action film has many positive things going its way starting from the makers' marketing strategy to its music and motion poster receiving a positive response from audiences and critics alike.
