Aathmika joins team Naragasooran

After making a mark with her debut in Meesaya Murukku, Aathmika has signed a biggie in the form of Naragasooran directed by Karthick Naren of Dhuruvangal 16 fame. 

Talking to CE, the young actress says, "After Karthick saw Meesaya Murukku, I got a call from his office and, post an audition, I was finalised. I'm paired up with Sundeep Kishan in the film which is a dark emotional drama filled with suspense." 

Calling it a very "different film," Aathmika also adds, "I've always been a fan of watching a suspense filled films. I'm also glad to be a part of it as it gives me a lot of scope to perform. Everything including my looks will be a stark contrast to what the audience saw in Meesaya Murukku." 

Bankrolled by director Gautham Menon's Ondraaga Entertainment and Karthick Naren's Knight Nostalgia Infotainment, the film also features Arvind Swami, Shriya Saran and Indrajith Sukumaran.
