Sriimurali: Credit to director Chethan Kumar for handling a huge star cast in Bharaate

The talkie portions of Sriimurali's upcoming film, Bharaate, directed by Chethan Kumar have been wrapped up. The team will now schedule the shoot of the two remaining songs in exotic locations of Europe in the month of July. Meanwhile, they plan to go ahead with the dubbing, and simultaneously get done with the post-production work.

The presence of an ensemble cast has apparently delayed the completion of the shoot. Sriimurali, who will be heading to the dubbing studio soon, says, “Sometimes, it's hard to coordinate everybody’s dates. This is a big project and has around 75 main artistes, all of whom have a vital role. In this case, due credit to director Chethan who has managed to handle so many artistes.”

“We are close to getting the edit version ready, and the film’s captain — director Chetan — will soon take the final call. Bharaate has all the positive vibes, right from producer Supreeth to composer Arjun Janya. We are planning to come out with a bang,” adds Sriimurali.

With Sreeleela playing the female lead, the action-packed-family drama has brothers Saikumar, Ravi Shankar, and Ayyappa Sharma sharing a frame for the first time in their careers. Bharaate also stars Avinash, Sharath Lohitashwa, Raju Waade, Manmohan, Uggram Manju, and Deepak.

Though the release date is yet to finalised, we hear that Bharaate might be out by Ganesh Chaturthi. But no official statement has been made on this front.

Meanwhile, Sriimurali is looking to start shooting for his next project directed by Mahesh Kumar, under Umapathy Films, sometime in August.
