Malayankunju song Cholapenne composed by AR Rahman out

The first single from Fahadh Faasil's upcoming film Malayankunju has been released. Titled Cholappenne, the song is composed by AR Rahman, who is making his comeback to Malayalam cinema after nearly three decades. Vinayak Sasikumar has penned the lyrics and it is sung by Vijay Yesudas. The song is set in a wedding background with Rajisha Vijayan as the bride.

Malayankunju directed by Sajimon Prabhakar is billed as a survival thriller. It is scripted by Mahesh Narayanan, who has directed Fahadh Faasil in Take Off, CU Soon, and Malik. He is also making his debut as a cinematographer with this film.

Produced by Fahadh's father, filmmaker Fazil, Malayankunju is slated to hit screens on July 22.
