Guruvayoor Ambala Nadayil team wrap up second schedule

The makers of Guruvayoor Ambala Nadayil, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Basil Joseph as the leads, wrapped up the second schedule of the shoot in Dubai.

Helmed by Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey director Vipin Das, it is said to be a fun entertainer centered around the events that occur during a wedding. It is scripted by Kunjiramayanam-fame Deepu Pradeep.

While Basil was part of both the schedules, Prithviraj is yet to start shooting his portions. The actor was supposed to join the team in August, but with his recent injury and the subsequent two-month rest that he has been advised, it remains uncertain when he will be able to start shooting for the film. Others in the cast include Tamil actor Yogi Babu, Nikhila Vimal, Anaswara Rajan, Jagadish, Rekha, Romancham-fame Siju Sunny, Irshad, Kunhikrishnan and Manoj KU.

Backed jointly by Prithviraj Productions and E4 Entertainment, Guruvayoor Ambala Nadayil is scheduled for an April 2024 release.
