Producer Sophia Paul to collaborate with stunt choreographer duo Anbariv for her next

Producer Sophia Paul, who recently backed Malayalam’s first superhero film Minnal Murali, has announced that she will be associating with the most sought-after stunt choreographer duo Anbariv for her next.

Sophia took to her social media handle on Wednesday to make the announcement. In the post, she wrote, “ANBARIV.... @anbariv_action_director An exciting collaboration coming soon.” The upcoming film is expected to be an action entertainer. However, the makers have not disclosed further details about the project, cast and crew.

It may be noted that Anbariv choreographed action sequences for the latest blockbuster films like the Yash-starrer KGF: Chapter 2, Kamal Haasan’s Vikram and Vijay’s Beast. Besides, the duo also won a National award for KGF: Chapter 1 as the Best Stunt Choreographer at the 66th National Film Awards.

Meanwhile, the Tovino Thomas-starrer Minnal Murali had Hollywood stunt choreographer Vlad Rimburg supervise the action sequences. Sophia’s banner Weekend Blockbusters first co-produced Banglore Days. Later, it produced Kaadu Pookkunna Neram in 2016, the Mohanlal-starrer Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol in 2017, and the Biju Menon-starrer Padayottayam in 2018.
