Kamal Haasan to work with Malayalam superstars Mohanlal, Mammootty and Fahadh Faasil?

It has been speculated widely that Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan might be working on an anthology with Malayalam superstars Mohanlal, Mammootty and Fahadh Faasil. According to a report in ET, the four stars were reportedly approached by a leading OTT platform to work on an anthology. 

It has also been reported that the stories that will be a part of this anthology are short stories written by MT Vasudevan Nair. While there has been no official confirmation regarding this project, it has also been reported that the directors who were approached for the project included Lijo Jose Pellissery, Priyadarshan, Jayaraj, Shyamprasad, Santosh Sivan, and Mahesh Narayanan. 

While Mohanlal, Mammootty and Fahadh Faasil may act in the anthology, Kamal Haasan will apparently present the project and also be the narrator. 

At the moment, Kamal is working on his Tamil film Vikram directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film also stars Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal roles. There has been a delay in the shooting schedule of the film, as Kamal was admitted in the hospital after testing positive for Covid.
