Kunchacko Boban's Nna Thaan Case Kodu hits the 50 crore mark

Kunchacko Boban's latest release Nna Thaan Case Kodu has emerged as a huge success at the box office. In a social media post, the actor announced that the film has done a total business of Rs 50 crores.

Written and directed by Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval, Nna Thaan Case Kodu is a satirical courtroom drama about a commoner's legal battle against the State's PWD Minister. Along with Kunchacko Boban, the film also starred Gayathrie Shankar, Rajesh Madhavan, Basil Joseph, Unnimaya, and a host of newcomers.

Kunchacko Boban next has Ottu gearing up for release. The film, which has simultaneously been made in Tamil as Rendagam, is set to hit screens on September 2. He has also completed the shoot of two other films -- Pakalum Paathiraavum, Enthada Saji. His film Ariyippu, helmed by Mahesh Narayanan, recently had its world premiere at the Locarno Film Festival. It is expected to release after the festival rounds.
