Breathe: Into the Shadows S2 teaser out: Abhishek Bachchan, Amit Sadh resume the chase 

A teaser for Breathe: Into the Shadows S2 was released on Friday. Starring Abhishek Bachchan, Amit Sadh and Saiyami Kher, the new season of the psychological thriller series is set to stream from November 9 on Prime Video.

In the fast-moving teaser, we see Abhishek Bachchan's evil alter ego making a return after seemingly breaking out from jail. With four victims down from season 1, his 'J/Avinash' has six more kills to score. Also joining the chase is Amit Sadh as hardbitten detective Kabir Sawant and Saiyami Kher as the character Sherley. "The mystery gets deeper, the shadows get darker," reads a typically nebulous intertitle in the 37-second teaser.

Actor Naveen Kasturia has joined the sequel installment in a key role (seen briefly in the teaser). Director Mayank Sharma has co-written the new season with Arshad Syed, Vikram Tuli, Priya Saggi, and Abhijee Deshpande.

"Created by a passionate team of storytellers and a terrific ensemble cast, the new season of this suspenseful thriller, intertwined with hope and anxiety, will keep audiences on the edge," Aparna Purohit, Head of India Originals, Prime Video, had earlier said in a statement. "Breathe: Into the Shadows Season 2 is a gritty, suspenseful drama which has all elements of a perfect thriller, executed very well.”
