We had previously reported about Vijay Sethupathi headlining a silent film titled Gandhi Talks. It also stars Arvind Swami, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Marathi actor Siddharth Jadhav as the leads. On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi, the makers have released its intriguing teaser. It features all four leads in separate tracks that deal with currency notes. All this while, a remixed instrumental version of Raghupati Raghav AR Rahman plays in the background.

Gandhi Talks is billed as a dark satirical comedy that will address pressing subjects prevailing in society such as capitalism and racism. It is directed by Kishor Pandurang Belekar, best-known for helming Marathi films such as Sa Sasucha and Yeda. According to the official synopsis, the film also draws references from Hindu mythology and the story of Samudra Manthan.

The film is being produced by ZEE Studios, Kyooriyus & Moviemill.
