The trailer of Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar-starrer Raksha Bandhan was shared on Tuesday. The family drama, directed by Aanand L Rai, is written by screenwriter-couple Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon.

The trailer shows Akshay Kumar as a dutiful brother who has the responsibility of marrying off his four sisters. In the process, he is delaying his own marriage with his childhoood sweetheart Bhumi. Raksha Bandhan is produced by Zee Studios, Colour Yellow Productions and Cape of Good Films. The film will be released on August 11 and will clash with Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha at the box office.
