Om-The Battle Within trailer: Aditya Roy Kapoor sprays bullets, blows punches on a mission

The trailer of Aditya Roy Kapoor-starrer Om: The Battle Within dropped on Friday, June 10. The film also stars Sanjana Sanghi, Ashutosh Rana, Jackie Shroff, Prachi Shah, and Prakash Raj among others. Directed by Kapil Verma, it is set to release on July 1.

The trailer opens with a mother (Prachi Shah) crying about losing one son to a fire and the other to memory loss. We see Jackie Shroff, as a scientist working for India’s nuclear programme, who is later abducted and labelled a traitor. Aditya Roy Kapoor is introduced as Om, a para-commando, on a mission. During a fight, Om receives a head injury and loses his memory. It is later revealed that Om is the son of Jackie Shroff’s character. Earlier talking about his journey and gruelling workout regime, Aditya had said in a statement, “It’s been an incredible journey, and it gives me great joy to share a glimpse of the film with all my fans. It’s an attempt that has been as rewarding as it has been challenging. All thanks to my director and producers for their support, I am sure the audiences are going to love all the elements of this wholesome entertainer!” 

The film is produced by Zee Studios and Ahmed Khan of Heropanti 2 fame.
