Taapsee Pannu got into an argument with the paparazzi and lost her cool at a promotional event of her upcoming film Dobaaraa.

In a video, shared by a paparazzo account on Instagram, the actor can be seen going inside the venue with photographers chanting, “Taapsee ji rukiye (Tapsee, wait).” They can also be heard saying in Hindi, “You are late. We have been waiting for you for the past two hours. Why aren’t you stopping?”

Initially, Taapsee can be seen ignoring the comments but then she stopped and responded. “Yaar daant kyun rahe ho? (Why are you scolding me). What is my fault? I am doing what I have been told.”

She added, “Please talk to me respectfully. I am just doing my work. I have arrived on time at every place I have been asked to. You talk to me respectfully, I will also speak to you respectfully.”

When a photographer said that he was talking to her respectfully, the actor disagreed.

“The camera is on me, if it would have been on you, you would have known how you have talked. It is only you who is always right and the actor is always wrong,” she said. She then folded her hands and asked the paparazzi to take pictures. Taapsee’s co-actor Pavail Gulati can be seen standing beside her during the argument.

Taapsee Pannu and Pavail Gulati’s film Dobaaraa, directed by Anurag Kashyap, will be released in theatres on August 19.
