Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha announce pregnancy

Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha announced on Friday that they are expecting their first child together. The couple took to Instagram to share the news with a photo. They posted a photo saying “1 + 1 = 3” and confirmed the news. The couple also posted a photo in which they are seen looking lovingly at each other

Along with that, the actors wrote in the caption, “A tiny heartbeat is the loudest sound in our world.” The comments section was filled with congratulatory wishes from their friends and fans.

Recently, Ali and Richa’s debut film as producers, Girls Will Be Girls had its premiere at Sundance Film Festival 2024 in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition. It won the Audience Award in this category as well as the Special Jury Award for Lead actress Preeti Panigrahi. Ali was last seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Khufiya (2023) while Richa’s last film was the Fukrey 3 (2023). She will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s web series Heeramandi.
