Hrithik Roshan heaps praise on Citadel

The spy series Citadel, starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden, has been streaming on Prime Videos since April 28. Since its release, the series has been receiving a lot of praise, and actor Hrithik Roshan is the recent one who hopped on the bandwagon of appreciation for the series. 

Taking to his Instagram, Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ former co-star, wrote, “Watching Priyanka in Citadel is such a fantastic surprise! Brilliant work! Also, an incredibly entertaining show! Excellent direction and screenplay. PC, you have killed it this time, too good!! Very Proud.”

Priyanka and Hrithik paired in the second and third instalments of the Krrish franchise and later teamed up in the 2012 film Agneepath. 

Executive produced by the Russo Brothers' AGBO and showrunner David Weil, Citadel also features Stanley Tucci, and Lesley Manville in the prominent roles. The first four episodes of the series are currently streaming exclusively on Prime Video, with a weekly release until May 26. Citadel is streaming in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and many international languages across 240 countries and territories.

Meanwhile, Citadel has already spawned an Indian adaptation. The Indian adaptation of the series, starring Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, will be directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK.
