Shah Rukh Khan surprises his fans by sharing his picture from Jawan

Following the latest announcement about Jawan's release slated for September 7, Shah Rukh Khan's fans noted that they were unable to see his face in any of the posters. Following that, Shah Rukh Khan took to his Instagram to share a glimpse of his look from the film. 

Sharing his monochrome picture, he wrote, "Ok thank u, everyone. Some said my face was not visible in Jawan poster. So putting my face here. Don’t tell the director & producer. Love u all & hope to meet u in theatres on 7th September,2023. Love you and bye." (sic)

The film will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Jawan, billed as an action thriller, is directed by Atlee. It stars Nayanthara as the female lead. Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover are also said to be part of the cast. Backed by Gauri Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment, Anirudh Ravichander is composing music for the film. Jawan has Vijay Sethupathi playing the antagonist. The film will mark the Hindi feature film debut of Anirudh Ravichander and Atlee.
