Shah Rukh Khan opens up about working in Jawan

The makers of Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jawan, on Saturday, announced that the film will be postponed from its June 2 release to September 7. On that note, the actor conducted a question and answer session on Twitter, where he opened up about Jawan.

When a fan asked what Shah Rukh Khan liked the most in the film, the actor tweeted, "For me at least it’s a new kind of a genre. An Atlee special and the marriage of trying to bring two ways of making films in tandem."

In addition to this, when another fan asked he learned Tamil, Shah Rukh Khan revealed that the director of the film, Atlee and music composer Anirudh Ravichander made him to do lip sync for a few song lines. “I hope I got them right,” the actor added.

Jawan marks Hindi debut for Atlee and Anirudh, as well as Nayanthara who plays the female lead. The film also stars Vijay Sethupathi and is strongly speculated that actor Vijay will be making cameo appearance.
