Pia Bajpiee: I continued shooting for Lost even when my brother passed away

Actor Pia Bajpiee recently starred in Lost, the ZEE5 original film that premiered on February 16. She played the role of a TV journalist in the film.

A few days after the release, Pia expressed her gratitude to the audience for appreciating her performance. She also remembered that she continued to work on the film even though her brother passed away during the same period. She said, "I feel blessed to receive such a kind of love and praise from the audience. This movie was around the period when I was not in my senses. The phase when I just lost my brother, my tears were not stopping but still due to professional commitments, I shot on the given dates."

Directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, Lost is written by Shyamal Sengupta with dialogues by Ritesh Shah. The film also stars Yami Gautam. The Kolkata-set investigative thriller is inspired by true events. Yami Gautam plays the role of a crime reporter in a relentless search for the truth behind the sudden disappearance of a young theatre activist.

Produced by Zee Studios and Namah Pictures, the film cast includes Pankaj Kapur, Rahul Khanna, Neil Bhoopalam, Pia Bajpiee and Tushar Pandey.
