Ahead of its premiere at the 2023 Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale), the makers released a new poster of Sonakshi Sinha, Vijay Varma and Gulshan Devaiah starrer Dahaad. The series, created by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, is directed by Reema and Ruchika Oberoi.

Dahaad will compete in the Berlinale Series Competition. It's the first Indian web-show to premiere at the festival.

The poster shows snapshots of Sonakshi, Vijay, Gulshan and Sohum Shah with a rural bride in the background. In the bottom of the poster, an expansive hinterland can be seen.

Set in Rajasthan, the eight-part series follows sub-inspector Anjali Bhaati (Sonakshi) and her colleagues who investigate a series of female dead bodies found in public bathrooms. Sonakshi is making her series debut in Dahaad. The series will stream on Prime Video. It is produced by Excel Media & Entertainment and Tiger Baby.
