Here's Kriti Sanon as Sita from Adipurush

The makers of Adipurush released the character posters of actor Kriti Sanon, who plays the role of Sita in the film.

Adipurush is written and directed by Om Raut. Though originally a Hindi language film, Adipurush will be released in all major South Indian languages as well on June 16.

Kriti Sanon plays Sita, Sunny Singh plays Lakshman and Saif Ali Khan plays Lankesh in the film. Adipurush is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar of T-Series with Om Raut's home production Retrophiles. While Karthik Palani is the cinematographer, the edits are done by Apurva Motiwale, Sahai and Ashish Mhatre.

Meanwhile, Kriti was last seen in Kartik Aaryan's Shehzada. The actor also has an untitled romantic comedy alongside Shahid Kapoor, and Ganapath - Part 1 in the making.
